Terms of Service

By submitting an order through the CarAccidents.com advertising platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Listing Activation

Listings are activated only after review and confirmation by a CarAccidents.com representative. Submission of an order does not guarantee listing activation. Your payment card will not be charged until your listing is confirmed by our team.

Exclusivity

Each city listing is exclusive. Only one towing company may hold an active listing per city at any given time. In the event of a conflict, we will notify you and offer a full refund for the affected city.

Pricing & Billing

Listings are billed annually at $2,000 per city. Pricing is locked for the duration of your active annual term. Renewal pricing is subject to change with 30 days advance notice.

Cancellation

You may cancel any city listing with 30 days written notice sent to advertising@caraccidents.com. Your listing remains active until the end of your current annual term. No partial refunds are provided for early cancellation.
